​Boarding at Upper Room Farms

We take pride in offering exceptional care for both horses and riders. Our facilities include:​

• Outdoor arena and a brand-new custom indoor arena with a full shingled roof, 4' windows for natural light, and insulation for comfortable, year-round riding.

• Cross-country and hunter pace jumps spread throughout our property.

• 20+ miles of private riding trails, plus a beginner jumping area (up to 2’).

• Heated wash stall, clubhouse with his & her bathrooms, private tack lockers, washer & dryer for boarders’ convenience.​

Full Board Includes:

• Spacious 13’ x 12’ box stalls with pasture turnout.

• Daily stall cleaning with fresh bedding and hay.

• Grain twice daily.

• One tack locker per horse.

• Administration of owner-provided supplements (in labeled daily bags).​​

From monthly boarder parties and group trail rides to seasonal celebrations, we believe in creating a warm, inclusive atmosphere. Our strict no-hostility policy ensures that both horses and riders enjoy a safe, supportive environment.
